Big shout to all our girls in the U11 and U12 squads who made it through to the semi-finals of their respective cups.
The U12 took on Rothwell on Saturday March 26 and left it all out there on the pitch with 110% effort. They never gave up and were just pipped to the post 3-0.
Their attitude and teamwork was a joy to see as nearly 100 watched on.
Our U11s also did us all proud in their tie also at home against Altofts the following day. After going behind they got level but were unlucky to go in 1-3 down at the break. A dominate second half performance saw them hit the post and shave it shortly after.
The match finished 1-3 but the girls conducted themselves brilliantly and should be proud.
